A private security service company managing 1,000+ employees across multiple locations relied on separate systems for employee management, attendance, payroll, and reporting, resulting in inefficient and fragmented workflows.

I designed a custom ERP platform that brought these processes into a single system, making workforce management more efficient and creating a scalable solution for future growth.

Lumos 3 is an industrial windows desktop application developed to support production, calibration, diagnostics, and servicing workflows for VeriVide's LED lighting systems.

In this project, I contributed to the visual and interaction design of the platform, focusing on creating a scalable design system and consistent user interface framework for a highly technical product used by production engineers, calibration technicians, and service teams.

As Lumos evolved, VeriVide identified the need for a centralized administration platform to manage devices, production records, calibration data, servicing operations, and system configurations.

I worked on designing a gym management ecosystem that connected business operations and customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. While the web platform supported operational workflows, the mobile application was designed to provide a seamless experience for gym members and is currently in the development phase.

I worked on this project "Bugdrop", a web-based issue reporting platform that unified bug tracking, feature requests, and client communication into a single workflow. By integrating directly with existing project management tools, the platform improved collaboration, reduced communication overhead, and created a more transparent experience for both clients and internal teams.

I was responsible for designing the website experience, information architecture, visual interface, interactions, and responsive layouts to create a professional and user-friendly digital experience.
