As Lumos evolved, VeriVide identified the need for a centralized administration platform to manage devices, production records, calibration data, servicing operations, and system configurations.
Following the development of Lumos, stakeholders approached our team to explore a centralized administration platform that would support operational management across the ecosystem.
I was responsible for the end-to-end UX exploration of this initiative. Unlike traditional design projects, there were no existing workflows or interface references available.
I was given database structures, SQL tables, and system entities. I had to reverse-engineer the business logic, identify relationships between data, define operational workflows, identify users actions and permissions, and create low-fidelity concepts for a future administration platform.
The goal was to establish a foundation for managing devices, production records, calibration data, servicing activities, and operational configurations from a centralized interface.
Although the project was later paused due to business priorities, this work strengthened my ability to translate complex technical systems into structured, user-centered experiences
